During this “Earth Day,” we would like to talk about a useful tool that can reduce tires’ carbon footprint by helping to repair them quickly and efficiently: the Monaflex repair system.
At the end of January 2021, we officialized our collaboration with Monaflex, the industry leader in the production of truck, Agro, and OTR tire repair systems, and we became the official distributor for the Italian market.
Our goal was to introduce this machinery to the Italian tire repair service centers and do it easiest and most intuitively way possible. We wanted to immediately show its benefits. Last year, we analyzed the requests we received and spoke with our customers to understand better the market needs. We had initially planned to create an Italian Monaflex brochure but decided to integrate this product into our new catalog, giving it more visibility and space with charts and photos. The turn came at the end of 2021, when we really understood the demand for this system and the even higher demand for a training about it. Thanks to the Monaflex’s team support, we have recently received a “demo” system which will be used to offer training options to our customers. This project’s roots can be found in how essential it is to show a potential customer all the system pros. We could have just explained them in words, but the impact of a demonstration is higher be more effective. Indeed, once we have identified the tire type and range, the application charts help choose the right system and the needed components. Thereafter, three basics make Monaflex the right choice for the future:

The ease of use also depends on the availability of training, but the main steps for a good vulcanization are just three: time, pressure, and temperature. Once you master them, you will achieve great and long-lasting repairs, extending the tire life.
